APPLICATION PROTOCOL & REQUIREMENTS

Due to the high volume of enrollment applications processed by the Oak Hill Academy
Admissions Department, Pre-application Guidelines are in place for the efficient management
of the Admissions Department.  Guidelines are as follows:

PRE-APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Before initiating the application process, the Admissions Director is available for a 30-minute
Introductory Meeting, in person or by phone, at the request of interested parents or
guardians.  Following an Introductory Meeting, the application process should then be
initiated if the parent/guardian is interested in exploring the possibility of enrollment.

The Introductory Meeting is not required for initiating the application process.

APPLICATION PROTOCOL & REQUIREMENTS

Step One:
- Request an Application Packet from the Admissions Department
- (Optional) Participate in an Introductory Meeting with the Admissions Director

Requests should be made via email to:  jchapman@oakhillacademy.org

Step Two:
Complete all necessary forms and submit to the Admissions Department along with the
$150.00 application fee.  A complete application includes:

(1) Application Fee ($150 per child) - Check payable to Oak Hill Academy
(2) Application form (Completed by parent/s - one per child)
(3) Teacher evaluation/s (Completed by current year teachers)
(4) Diagnostic testing results from a licensed professional diagnostician
(5) Professional therapy reports for occupational, speech and/or physical therapy

AFTER THE APPLICATION FILE IS COMPLETE

Once a complete application is on file, the Admissions Department reviews the file and makes
the determination as to whether or not the application process moves forward.  

If all documentation indicates the possible appropriateness of the school's program for the
applicant, a 2-day student visit is scheduled.  

Following the 2-day visit, the family will be notified in writing of the schools decision for
enrollment.  This decision is usually made within 2-3 days of the visit.


Fee Schedule for 2009 – 2010 School Year

Registration Fee:

Each Student        $1,000.00

Activity Fee:

Each Student        $350.00

Yearly Tuition:

Early Childhood and Half Day Pre Primary           $9,450.00

Full Day Pre Primary And Core K                       $11,340.00

Core T1 through Middle School                         $14,175.00

Upper School                                                     $15,600.00
