Oak Hill Academy Speech and Language Clinic (hereafter referred to as Oak Hill) respect your rights as a parent and we make every effort to ensure your privacy. By visiting our site http://www.oakhillacademy.org you are agreeing to our privacy policies. The privacy information here is discussed in two parts. The first part involves your internet interactions with us. The second part has to do with HIPAA policy.

Secure Server:

Oak Hill Academy uses a HIPAA compliant server to send confidential medical records. However, regular e-mail or other inquiries may not be processed on the secure server.

Payment Information:

Payment for services is made through Oak Hill Academy’s contracted independent 3rd party server.  The secured third party server maintains a record of your payment information; however, Oak Hill Academy does not have access to personal billing information from the third party server.

E-Mail Addresses:

Oak Hill maintains documentation of your current e-mail address. At no time is your information sold or distributed to other parties.

Written Correspondence:

Oak Hill maintains physical and/or electronic documentation of written correspondence. This includes: emails, past reports, current evaluations, doctor’s reports and other written pieces of material that relate to the speech and language treatment of our client.

Who uses the information you submit to us?

Only Oak Hill and its staff will deal with the information you send to us. Your information will not be sold, rented, or distributed to any other party or company without your permission. From time to time we may e-mail, mail, or text you useful information.
