The Extended Care Program is a service offered by Oak Hill Academy that allows parents the option of care for their children immediately before and after the scheduled school day. The program is offerred from 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. (2:30 - 5:30 on Fridays) on school days only. Parents should note that Extended Care ends at 5:30 each day. A Late Fee of $2.00 per minute will be charged for students remaining on campus after that time.
Extended Care, supervised by Oak Hill staff and faculty members, provides play, snack and homework time in a structured setting. Parents may contract the service on a monthly or annual basis, but is also available on a "need be" basis to parents who contact the school office in advance via email or by phone.
Parents should check the 2011-2012 school calendar for reference when Extended Care is not available.
