Tadpoles Speech Language Camp 

 

3-5 year olds

 

 June 11-29

 

9:30-11:30 am

 

Tadpoles Camp offers a therapy-rich opportunity for young students diagnosed with speech-language delays.

Summer Learning Getaway Camp

 

K - 8th  Grade Students

 

Session 1: June 18-21; 25-28

 

Session 2: July 16-19; 23-26

Monday - Thursday (NO Fridays)

Half or Full-day (9 am-Noon or 9 am - 3 pm)

 

 

 

 

Get your passports ready and join us for the trip of a lifetime as we visit famous landmarks and explore the cultures and customs around the world. We will review lessons in math, reading, geography, and social skills during our 8-day journey across the globe.

Social Sprouts

 

Kindergarten - 2nd Grade

Led by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, Social Sprouts is designed to introduce and review the concepts related to social learning, such as thinking about other people and how our actions may make other people feel and think.

Social Detectives®

 

3rd - 5th Grade

 

June 25-29 or July 9-13

 

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

 

Led by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, The Social Detectives® group is based on Michelle Garcia Winner's "Social Detective" curriculum, and designed to help us understand how to detect and identify what others are planning to do, how they are feeling or what they are thinking based on the "clues" that they provide with their words, body language, and facial expressions.

LEGO® & Construction Camp

 

Ages 7-12

 

Session 1: June 4-7

9:00 - Noon

 

Led by a Speech-Language Pathologist, this skill-building, multi-sensory camp focuses on social interactions, social problem solving and language development, utilizing LEGO® challenges and fun interactive games.

Weekly Sessions Throughout the Summer

 

For Rising K - 8th Graders

 

9:00 am - 2:00 pm

 

The Bridges Camp is for students who benefit from extra support and practice in social skills, classroom readiness skills, expressive/receptive language skills and maintenance of academic skills during school breaks.  There will be a focus on building relationships and developing language skills in a play based environment. Programming will include daily meeting time, arts and crafts, cooking, science experiments, technology, and social skills. Extended day therapy sessions will include music therapy, DIRFloortime Therapy, yoga, art and social skills.
